We regularly check market prices to ensure we remain ahead of the competition. In the unlikely event that a competitor offers the same brand product, and it is in stock – and it is a comparable service offer, we will aim to beat it!

All our products are eligible for price matching, provided the following criteria are met:

• The product is identical, or directly comparable – to the product sold on our site.
• The product is in stock at the time.
• The price is lower after considering differences in shipping costs.
• The price excludes volume/membership discounts.
• If a price includes a voucher-style discount, that discount must be live and visible across the site at the time of the price matching.
• The competitor is not within our reseller program.
• Produce a written quotation/link to product on website/copy of basket.
• Item must be like for like or comparable and subject to the same terms.
• Products must be new and not on auction sites (Ebay etc.) marketplaces (Facebook etc.) or Amazon.
• Items available in UK only.
• PMP applies to products only and not delivery charges.
• It doesn’t apply to bespoke discounts or voucher codes. If a discount or voucher is applied, it must be visible via the website and open to all.
• PMP is not retrospective.
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorized reseller activity.
