Heatmiser neoHub is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of all neoStat's and neoPlug's from your iOS or Android device.
The Heatmiser neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a FREE account via the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.
Key Features
- neoHub creates a Mesh Network to the powered Neo devices, greatly increasing the network range in your home.
- Smart Profiles - Allow you to program time and temperature settings and then apply them to a number of zones. Any subsequent change to the profile will be automatically applied to those zones using the profile.
- Geo Location: Automatically turn the heating off when you leave home and back on when you return.
- Compatible with up-to 32 Neo devices.
- Works with HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa, IFTTT.
- Automatic Firmware updates for neoHub and connected devices.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
