Tekwarm Overlay MR-MDF Board, the perfect solution for enhancing the performance of your underfloor heating system. This overlay board is specially designed to be used with Tekwarm Chipboard UFH panels, providing a smooth and reliable surface for various flooring finishes, including carpets, vinyls, laminates, and solid wood block flooring.
Key Features
High-Quality Construction:
Tekwarm Overlay MR-MDF boards are manufactured from Tongue & Groove moisture-resistant MDF, identified by its green tint core appearance. This ensures excellent durability and performance in interior humid conditions.
Dimensions:
Each board measures 1200mm x 600mm x 9mm, featuring tongue and grooves on all edges for easy and seamless fitting.
Compliant and Reliable:
Tekwarm Overlay MR-MDF boards are manufactured in accordance with EN 622-5, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety.
Ideal for Tiling:
When tiling over the overlay board, simply follow the tile manufacturer's instructions, utilizing an S1 Tile adhesive and a decoupling membrane in conjunction with the board for optimal results.
Easy Installation:
The boards should be fitted in a brick bond pattern at a 90-degree orientation to the direction of the UFH boards, with glued T&G joints. Mechanical fixing should be done with suitable screws at maximum 300mm centres.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
