20mm Tekwarm Foiled 400 KPA UFH Board | 1200mm x 600mm | 200mm Centres for 16mm Pipe

The Tekwarm Foiled 400 KPA UFH Board is a routed EPS underfloor heating insulation board for water-based UFH systems. This version is grooved for 16mm pipe at 200mm centres, with radius returns as standard, and suits larger well-insulated floors where the standard 16mm pipe system doesn't need tight spacing to hit the required output. It is suitable for installation over solid ground floors with a DPM or over timber substrates in a fully supported application.

At 200mm centres you're laying significantly less pipe per m² than the 150mm version, which saves on material costs and frees up manifold ports on bigger floors. The 400 kPa EPS core gives more load-bearing performance than standard 300 kPa boards, and the aluminium foil face reflects heat upward into the room rather than losing it into the substrate. The board is manufactured from CFC and HCFC free EPS with zero Global Warming Potential, which satisfies sustainability requirements on projects where environmental credentials need to be demonstrated. If a heat loss calculation hasn't confirmed the rooms can manage on 200mm spacing, the 150mm centre version is the safer default.
