TEKWARM Thermo (EPS Expanded Polystyrene) 300KPA Plus+ is a higher performance lightweight EPS insulation routed on one side with optional aluminium foil applied to routed side of board.
TekWarm Thermo (EPS Expanded Polystyrene) 300KPA Plus+ is a high-performance Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation board designed for use in flooring applications requiring superior compressive strength and thermal efficiency. With a compressive strength of 300 kPa, it is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications, ensuring long-term performance under high loading conditions. The insulation boards are lightweight, easy to install, and provide excellent thermal insulation to meet and exceed Building Regulations.
TekWarm Thermo (EPS Expanded Polystyrene) 300KPA Plus+ is made from graphite-infused EPS, delivering an enhanced thermal conductivity of 0.030 W/mK, making it ideal for projects requiring energy-efficient insulation.

| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues on ordering.
- Delivery is Kerbside only.
- In the unlikely event that your delivery is not correct or damaged please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery slip.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical off loads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use 3rd party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days, this can however be up to 4 working days, please contact us if you require something urgent.
- Speciality items may take up to 5-7 working days.
- We will contact you with in 24/48hrs of your order been placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
