22mm Tekwarm Routed Chipboard UFH Panels | 2400mm x 600mm | 150mm Centres for 12mm Pipe

These panels are pre-grooved at 150 mm centres to suit underfloor heating pipework and work specifically with water-based UFH systems that use this pipe size. They are not designed for electric systems or pipes outside this diameter.

Each panel measures 2400 mm × 600 mm with a thickness of 22 mm. The routed grooves are laid out on 150 mm centres to hold 12 mm pipes securely and promote even heat distribution.

The board is used as the primary base for routing and securing the heating pipes. Its grooved channels position the pipe accurately, and the panel itself forms part of the floor structure before the final finish is applied.

The 22 mm thickness offers a degree of structural support, but because the routing reduces panel strength, it’s common practice to install a suitable overlay or plywood layer on top before laying the final floor covering to ensure a solid finish.

When used with an appropriate overlay board, these panels can accept typical finishes such as laminate, engineered wood, vinyl, carpet or tiles, always following the finish manufacturer’s guidance for use over UFH.

Yes. These panels can be trimmed on site to suit room layouts. When cutting, maintain support around the edges and avoid compromising the routed channels that hold the pipe.

The plain (non-foiled) panel is generally selected where standard heat distribution is sufficient and cost is a priority. A foiled version may be chosen where improved upward heat reflection and nominally higher output are required.
