Smart Radiator Control from the IMI Heatmiser neo Ecosystem
neoFlo is a smart thermostatic radiator head that brings room-by-room heating control to individual radiators. It uses hybrid control technology, combining traditional thermostatic precision with electronic accuracy, for quiet, stable temperature regulation and up to 6 years of battery life from four AA batteries.
neoFlo works on its own straight out of the box, with manual control, basic scheduling, boost mode and frost protection needing no hub or network connection. Pair it with neoHub G3 to unlock full neoApp control: remote access, advanced scheduling, pre-heat, temperature offset and holiday mode. Add the IMI Heatmiser RF Switch and neoFlo can call for heat from the boiler, so a room can request warmth in the same way a wired thermostat would.
neoFlo is designed to extend an existing IMI Heatmiser neo underfloor heating system into radiator-heated rooms, making it a natural fit for hybrid UFH and radiator installations.

Compatibility
- Requires neoHub G3 for app control, scheduling and smart home integration (not compatible with neoHub Gen 1 or Gen 2)
- Requires neoHub G3 + RF Switch if the radiator needs to call for heat from the boiler
- Can be used stand-alone with no hub for local radiator control only

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
