Heatmiser Neostat V3 Thermostat Glacier White
The Heatmiser neoStat v3 is a hard-wired smart thermostat designed for precise control of underfloor heating and conventional heating systems. Featuring a modern glass-fronted display and touch-sensitive controls, it provides clear on-screen feedback while maintaining a slim, contemporary appearance suitable for residential and commercial interiors.
The neoStat v3 supports programmable schedules, manual override and multiple sensing modes, including air, floor or combined air and floor control when used with a compatible probe. It connects wirelessly to the Heatmiser Neo system and, when paired with a neoHub, enables app-based control, multi-zone management and integration with smart home platforms.
Designed to fit a standard single-gang back box, the neoStat v3 offers reliable, stable temperature regulation and straightforward operation for both new installations and system upgrades.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
