Heatmiser Neostat V3 Thermostat Sapphire Black
The Heatmiser neoStat v3 is a hard-wired smart thermostat designed for accurate temperature control of underfloor heating and conventional heating systems. Compatible with hard-wired underfloor heating and conventional heating systems. Please note: not compatible with the original 1st Generation neoHub. Requires a 2nd Generation neoHub or later.
It features a glass-fronted touch interface with programmable scheduling, manual override and support for built-in air, remote air, floor or combined sensing modes, with a remote floor probe included. When connected to a Heatmiser neoHub, the neoStat v3 enables app-based control, multi-zone management, mesh networking and smart home integration. Designed to fit a standard single-gang back box (35mm depth), it provides stable, reliable temperature regulation for residential and commercial heating applications.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
