A modern and stylish, high performance programmable hot water timer.
OVERVIEW
The Reliance Valves 240v Wired Hot Water Timer is a user friendly and
stylish way to control the on/off times and set programs of your hot water.
The timer is easily mounted and communicates with the hot water valve
wired directly to the Reliance Valves wiring centre, providing bespoke hot
water demand control.
The timer s designed to suit a standard sized pattress box - so can easily be
installed to replace an existing thermostat.
Ideal for new build and renovation applications, the two part timer allows for
the back plate to be fitted during decoration and the front plate can then be
installed once works are completed. preventing damage.
When used in conjunction with the Reliance Valves App, it offers remote
access to your hot water - even on the go,
FEATURES
7 days programmable, 15 minutes increments, 4 on/off times give
maximum user control and flexibility
• Key lock feature to protect against vandalism and unwanted program
changes.
• Hot water boost function allows 1-9 hours boost heating in case of low
temperatures in between programming times.
• Using the Reliance Valves app is possible which gives mobile access to
system information and settings - so the user can operate and monitor the
system remotely from any location.
• The system is compatible for use with Alexa or Google Home voice control

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
