Our single wound screeding Membrane combines the reliability of a traditional damp proof membrane with specific features tailored for screeding applications and optimized compatibility with underfloor heating systems. This unique combination ensures outstanding performance and a range of advantages over standard damp proof membranes.
Single wound polythene is a low density polythene membrane for use underfloor screeds which are not subject to hydrostatic pressure, to protect buildings against moisture from the ground. The membrane is produced by the blown extrusion process it is also single wound onto cardboard cores and has no folds. This is particularly important when used in conjunction with lightweight screeds to eliminate the possibility of cracking over folds and creases.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
