Overview
Tekcem TekGrip is a fast drying, ready to use and premixed primer that is suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. The product can be used in conjunction with the Tekcem Range of levelling screeds to provide a highly bonded screed - prior to application of floor finishes. Suitable for internal and external applications and can be tiled or screeded over in as quickly as 20 minutes from initial lay.
Tekcem TekGrip is a ready to use premixed primer with enhanced bonding adhesion properties due to the inclusion of a gripping aggregate to form a textured surface when dry.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
