Tekcem Tekprime
TEKPRIME is an advanced high solids primer specially designed to stabilise, seal and prepare a wide range of overlayments including screeds, levelling compounds, smoothing compounds and adhesives.
TEKPRIME primer is particularly suitable for use with the TEKCEM range of cementitious bagged screeds and levellers.
TEKPRIME enhances adhesion at the interface between substrate and overlayment and provides a surface of uniform absorbency.
TEKPRIME reduces the porosity of the substrate helping to maintain workability of applied overlayment and prevent air bubbles rising to the surface and forming pinholes in an applied levelling or smoothing layer.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues when ordering.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
