The Tekwarm EPS150 Low Profile UFH Board is a lightweight expanded polystyrene (EPS) overlay panel, routed on one face to accept 16mm underfloor heating pipe with standard radius returns. Each panel measures 1200mm x 1200mm (1.44m² coverage) and is available in 25mm, 30mm or 35mm thickness, with a choice of 150mm or 200mm pipe centres.
EPS150 is rated to a design load of 150 kPa at 10% nominal compression, making it suitable for bonded screed and overlay panel installations where higher compressive strength is needed — a step up from the EPS70/EPS100 grades used in lighter joist applications. Thermal conductivity is 0.035 W/mK.
The board is rot-proof and mould-resistant for the lifetime of the building, manufactured from CFC and HCFC-free EPS with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of less than 5. It's fully recyclable.
Suitable for both new build and retrofit projects. A 12mm pipe version of this board can also be sourced — contact us for availability.

| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.

Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
