Tekwarm UFH Self-Tapping Screw and Washer/Stress Plate Set provides a secure fixing for 20mm UFH boards into concrete and masonry substrates.
Self-Tapping Masonry Screw (20mm board)

Installation
Pre-drill a 4.35mm pilot hole into the masonry substrate before fixing — this is required for all substrate types, not just harder masonry. Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust before fixing. Minimum spacing between fixings: 50mm. Ensure at least five screws/washers per 1200x600mm board.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.

- Delivery is kerbside only.

Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
