Thermoformed, perforated mat for low-profile underfloor heating with the usage of special underlays. The mat allows the assembling of a wet-built floor covering up to 3cm high. The underfloor heating system is dedicated to renovated buildings and other buildings where the technical conditions make it impossible to perform underfloor heating in a traditional form.
Advantages
- A mat dedicated to a very low installation by concrete screed (from 3 mm)
- The mat holds the pipe permanently to remain stable, so there is no need to use additional fastening elements.
- The perforation of the mat guarantees a good connection of the new screed with the already existing mineral basis.
- The mats are originally covered with an adhesive ensuring a permanent connection to the already existing mineral basis.

Collections
| To collect your order, please email us at sales@theufhgroup.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection. |
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.

- Delivery is kerbside only.
- If your delivery is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery note.
Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use third-party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days. This can occasionally be up to 4 working days — please contact us if you need something urgently.
- Speciality items may take up to 5–7 working days.
- We aim to contact you within 24–48 hours of your order being placed to confirm delivery times and dates.
