Application:
Suitable for up to 15kW heating load, this compact lightweight underfloor thermostatic mixing control complete with Wilo Para pump is ideal for local blending and pump of UFH water. The unit has been designed for direct connection to heating manifolds it is supplied fully assembled in left-hand format with G1" swivel nuts with O ring seals as standard (can be easily handed). This pump pack consists of two isolating ball valves, red lever hot inlet, and blue lever return.
Installation:
Please ensure that plumbing of this item is carried out as per the diagram below, failure to do so will result in no heating on the manifold. It is recommended to fit an auto bypass valve d before the pump set to reduce any excessive closing noises on the valve. This TMV valve is designed on a fail to close operation to ensure in event of a failure it does not overheat the floor. The setting of the dial changes the temperature of the mixed water please see below for the valve setting. When filling the non-return valve will ensure backflow cannot occur.

Straight forward purchasing and delivery.
