Yes. This one's cut for 16mm pipe at 150mm centres, the most common setup in residential water-based UFH. Works on timber and concrete, new build or retrofit. If your system runs 12mm pipe there's a version of this board for that too.

1200mm x 600mm x 20mm, 0.72 m² per board. The XPS core is rated at 300 kPa, so it handles foot traffic and tiling without any issues. Both faces are cement-coated, meaning tiles or wood flooring go straight down on top in most cases, no overlay needed.

On timber screw it down with Tekwarm fixings and washers. On concrete bed it in with S1 tile adhesive and add fixings if the substrate needs it. Push the 16mm pipe into the channels and you're ready to finish. The pre-routed grooves keep spacing accurate so there's no measuring out on site.

It's the workhorse of the Lite LP range. New build ground floors, kitchen-diner retrofits, living rooms, hallways. Basically any job using a standard 16mm pipe system where you need to keep the floor build-up to 20mm. At 150mm centres it's confident as a sole heat source in well-insulated rooms.

150mm centres gives you more output per m² than 200mm, which makes it the safer call if you haven't run a heat loss calculation. Stick with 16mm pipe if that's what the manifold is set up for. The 200mm version saves pipe on big open floors, but if you're not certain the room can manage on lower output, 150mm is where to start.
