20mm Tekwarm Lite Low Profile UFH Board | 1200mm x 600mm | 200mm Centres for 16mm Pipe

This board is pre-grooved for 16mm diameter underfloor heating pipe at 200mm centres. This is the
wider-spaced option for 16mm systems if you need 16mm pipe at closer spacing,
see our 16mm/150mm centre variant.

1200mm x 600mm x 20mm, 300 kPa XPS core with cement-coated faces on both sides. Pre-grooved on one face for 16mm pipe at 200mm centres, with radius returns included as standard.

The cement-coated surface is suitable for floor-grade porcelain or ceramic tiles laid on combed tile
adhesive, and wood or engineered wood flooring on a UFH-rated underlay, following the flooring manufacturer's instructions. For other finishes carpet, LVT, or laminate a separating layer of Tekwarm Construction Board should be installed first.

Always confirm your chosen finish is rated as suitable for use with underfloor heating.

The 16mm/200mm board is popular in larger open-plan spaces in well-insulated new builds — ground-floor living areas, kitchen-diners, and extensions where 16mm pipe is the system
standard but 150mm centre density is not required across the whole floor.
It keeps pipe runs more manageable over bigger areas without stepping down to a
smaller pipe diameter.

Both boards use 16mm pipe, so the choice comes down to heat output.
The 150mm centre board delivers more heat per m² and suits bathrooms, rooms with higher heat loss, or where UFH is the only heat source.
The 200mm centre board is better for well-insulated spaces with lower demand, or where you wantto reduce the number of pipe runs and manifold ports across a large area.
